Online giving allows you to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring gift,

and you can make changes any time yourself without filling out a form.

 

If you are switching from Simply Giving/Automatic Withdrawal, please fill out, sign and return this form to the office either by email or drop it off to stop those withdrawals before starting online giving. If you are switching from traditional offering envelopes, please contact the office to be taken off the envelope order list.

Offering Envelopes: If you would like offering envelopes, please contact the church office.

Automatic Withdrawal: If you would like to have funds withdrawn on a recurring basis from your account, you may fill out this form and either email or drop off in the church office. Please note: If you choose this method, you will need to fill out another form any time you want to make changes.
